Late Arrival
Please do your best to arrive on time for class. Life happens and we understand, we will do our best to accommodate. Please text our front desk 949-423-6286 so we can hold your spot.
If you’re late and you don’t give us a heads up, your spot could be given away to someone on standby.

Waitlist
We understand it’s not ideal when classes are full, but the waitlist works! Only join a class waitlist if you are ready and available to attend class though as we assume you want to be there. The waitlist will add you 12-hours before the start of class. If you no longer want to attend a class, simply leave the waitlist to avoid potential cancellation fees. If you can no longer attend the class, you must cancel outside of the 12-hour late cancellation window. Taking these actions will help you avoid late cancellation or no-show charges. Please note our cancellation policies do apply to waitlisted classes

Membership Hold Policy
All memberships and class packages are allowed one 14-day freeze per calendar year at no charge. Additional freezes will also be 14 days and $20 per suspension. The front desk will need a 7-day notice to freeze an account or class package.

Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a full refund for a canceled class, you must cancel the reservation at a minimum of 12 hours before the start of the class. If you cancel within the 12-hour window, you will be charged a late cancel fee (see below).
Canceling a class is easy, just log into your account and cancel the selected class. Please note, you must cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to avoid a cancellation fee.
Early Cancel: You can cancel your reservation by logging into your account and canceling your session at least 12 hours before the start of class. Your prepaid session will then remain in your account.
Late Cancel: Classes not canceled 12 hours before the scheduled class time will be charged a late cancellation fee of $10.
No Show: If you late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show, you will be charged a no-show fee of $15.
A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients. Prepaid classes cannot be used towards cancellations. Your prepaid class will be added back to your account and can be rescheduled within 30 days.

Footwear
Grip socks are required during all of our Lagree Method classes and are available for purchase in the reception area of the studio.

No Pets
We absolutely LOVE animals, especially the pups, but unfortunately we ask that you do not bring them to the studio. But you can send us pictures of your furry friends!
