We bring Sebastien Lagree’s highly effective method to our studio. Classes are designed for all fitness levels and engineered to strengthen and tone without any excess stress on the body. 

Lagree uses classic techniques such as planks, lunges, squats mixed with unique exercises to push you in each workout. It will leave you toned, sore and wanting more!

At Breeze, we use the sleek and advanced MegaPro megaformer, designed to constantly challenge the body.

For the best results, we recommend 3-5 classes per week.
