Breeze brings Sebastien Lagree’s highly effective method to our studio—a high intensity, low impact, results-driven workout designed for all levels. Each class is designed to build strength and tone muscle while remaining low-impact and easy on the joints.

Lagree combines familiar movements like planks, lunges, and squats with innovative, slow-burn exercises that challenge the body in new ways every class. Expect deep muscle engagement, lasting results, and a workout that keeps you coming back.

At Breeze, classes are performed on the sleek, state-of-the-art MegaPro Megaformer, designed to continuously challenge and transform the body.

For optimal results, we recommend attending 3–5 classes per week.
